I spent the majority of my day Saturday at an Aromatherapy workshop at Thanksgiving Point where Alexandria Brighton, internationally recognized Aromatherapist, was teaching. I am amazed at what a wealth of knowledge concerning the use and application of essential oils she is! With over 20 years of experience, and having studied throughout the world, she is an incredible instructor!

As I continue my studies with her throughout the year, I will be sharing much of the information I learn through my posts and classes. I am so excited to be learning and expanding my knowledge and what to share that with you as well. Hepatox is an essential oil blend specifically for detoxing the hepatic system, thus the name Hepatox. This oil blend can help to cleanse and regenerate your liver and increase overall function of your hepatic system. Hepatox blend is particularly helpful after a hepatitis outbreak, or after you have finished a round of antibiiotics.

Hepatox can be rubbed over the liver area topically or taken in a capsule (2-3 drops) internally. You can also rub a drop or two of Hepatox on the liver reflexology spot of your right foot and rub it in.

I have been living in Utah’s dry climate for 10 years now and this is the first winter here that the skin on my hands, particularly my knuckles, isn’t dried,cracked, and painful. I realized this morning as I was washing my hands that my skin is looking much smoother then it normally does during the winter, and is soft to the touch. The craziest part is that this is the first winter that I haven’t used lotion! As a matter of fact, I’m not sure if there is even any lotion in our house.
