You see, I’ve been having tons of fun with this nagging cough and congestion that just doesn’t want to go away. Thankfully, I have discovered that using Rosemary has really helped things along. Rosemary Essential Oil is a wonderful decongestant and expectorant and also stimulates white blood cells to strengthen the immune system!

So how have I been using it? I’ve been rubbing it directly on my throat and chest, and also putting 2-3 drops in a capsule a few times a day and taking that as well.
