Today, among other things, was my raw desserts class. I must say, it was quite a treat! I had so much fun sharing recipes and ideas and hearing insights from those who attended. I just love getting together with like-minded people and sharing our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My favorite part of teaching is definitely the people I get to meet at my classes. Teaching is so much fun!
So, here’s a recipe my class sampled today. It is super yummy and with the added essential oils, super healthy. There’s nothing like eating fudge and knowing that at the same time you’re boosting your immune system and oxygenating your blood!
Orange Chocolate Fudge
2 1/4 cups pure maple syrup (agave works too)
2 1/4 cups raw cacao powder
1 cup raw coconut oil
12 or more drops Forever Young Orange Essential Oil
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into pan/dish and place in the freezer until firm.
To make peppermint fudge, use 5 or so drops of Forever Young Peppermint Oil instead of Orange Oil.
